Annecy 1 Bedroom Apartment

Emplacement idéal, juste en face du lac et à proximité de la vieille ville. Appartement très propre et très bien isolé (acoustique). Literie confortable et cuisine super équipée. Bref je recommande cette location sans aucun doute. La Propriétaire vous renseigne et vous explique tout ce dont vous avez besoin de manière très chaleureuse. Parking aisé tout proche (payant mais "bon marché")... n'hésitez pas, moi j'y retournerai! [[ Ideal location, right in front of the lake and close to the old town. Apartment very clean and very well insulated (acoustic). Comfortable bedding and super equipped kitchen. In short, I recommend this rental without any doubt. The owner informs you and explains everything you need in a very warm way. Easy parking nearby (paid but "cheap")... don’t hesitate, I will return! ]]

Location parfaite. Tout est conforme au descriptif. L'appartement n'est pas très éloigné du centre. Super séjour pour nous au milieu des belles oeuvres de Julia. Nous étions en basse saison, donc pas de problème pour le parking. Nous y reviendrons si nous venons à Annecy. [[ Perfect rental. Everything is as described. The apartment is not very far from the center. Great stay for us amidst the beautiful works of Julia. We were in low season, so no problem for parking. We will return there if we come to Annecy. ]]

L'appartement est super, bien situé dans Annecy face au lac; proche du vieux Annecy (500 mètres) L'équipement de cet appartement est TOP. Il y a tout ce dont nous avons besoin. La communication a été parfaite avec Julia, et nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans l'appartement. il est confortable, et contient tout le confort nécessaire. Il est assez spacieux et bien chauffé ce qui le rend agréable pour un séjour hivernal (et sous couvre feu) pendant lequel on est beaucoup chez soi. La situation géographique est parfaite, juste en face du lac, mais sans être loin du centre ville, et la vue y est superbe depuis le salon et la chambre. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir si je reviens sur Annecy dans le futur. Merci beaucoup. [[ The communication was perfect with Julia, and we had a very pleasant stay in the apartment. it is comfortable, and contains all the necessary comfort. It is quite spacious and well heated which makes it pleasant for a winter stay (and under curfew) during which one is at home. The location is perfect, just in front of the lake, but not far from the city center, and the view is superb from the living room and bedroom. I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed your apartment and we fell in love with Annecy. We had a wonderful time and the weather was glorious. The Fete du Lac was spellbinding- the show was an incredible mixture of fireworks, music, smoke, water and lights. Our local display for regatta week will never seem the same after the show which Annecy put on! The apartment had everything we needed and more and your advice and instructions were so detailed that everything was plain sailing from start to finish - thank you.

From the moment we contacted Julia to enquire about availability for the apartment in Annecy, the service we received was second to none!! Finding the apartment from the clear instructions received was a doddle and the apartment itself is wonderful, home from home!! The view of the lake from the lounge and bedroom window is stunning and location to the town, restaurants, shops is perfect, only being a 10 minute walk away. There is plenty of information provided in the apartment regarding the surrounding area, recommended walks and restaurants and we found this to be extremely helpful. Oh and definitely have hot chocolate in Au Fidèle Berger, it was delicious!! Unfortunately our stay in Annecy was shortened due to my husband having a ski accident. Julia was our rock and with her wealth of knowledge of France assisted us in difficult circumstances. Her kindness and support was amazing and if you are looking for a fantastic amazing apartment in a beautiful location, you will not be disappointed booking this apartment from Julia. We are hoping to go back at some point to further explore the area and will contact Julia without any hesitation whatsoever!!

Another 2 Thumbs Up! My wife and I had the pleasure of recently staying in Julia and Peter's apartment in Annecy. Having stayed in hotels on previous visits, it was much more enjoyable to have the space and convenience of the apartment. As others have said, the apartment is located in a perfect spot - close to everything. For me in particular, I enjoy sitting on the benches in Le Paquier at the end of the day to enjoy the lake views and people watch - and that is literally across the street from the apartment. The apartment is well stocked and very comfortable. Nearby grocery store, shopping, restaurants, etc. You really don't need a car. Julia provided recommendations and suggestions that were very helpful. We will definitely be staying there again!

We loved Annecy and the surrounding area. The scenery was even more spectacular than we had imagined. The weather was unseasonably warm, which meant that the beaches and restaurants were busier than normal. We had a great time. The apartment was ideally suited for our needs, just a short walk to the lake and old town.

We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks in August . We had a fab holiday. The apartment is in a great location -just across the road from the lake and about 10 minutes walk into town. The apartment has everything you need and there is lots of information about the area waiting for you. The owner sent us really helpful instructions of how to get to the apartment and things to do in the area so we were well prepared when we got there. The bed was very comfortable and our daughter found the bed settee very comfortable too ! The apartment is in a quiet building and we had the advantage of being there when it was the Fete du Lac which was absolutely amazing .We paid for a ticket to sit on the grass at the lakeside as the trees outside the apartment would've obscured our view -it was a fantastic evening. I would certainly recommend this apartment and we hope to visit Annecy again and stay in it then.

We have recently returned from a lovely relaxing week in Annecy. The apartment is lovely and we had everything we could possibly need. The location is great and we didn't use our car all week as everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. It was particularly nice to be able to walk along the lake to the Old Town and its only 5 minutes away. Definitely something I will be recommending to my friends and family. Thanks to Julia who supplied us with all the information and help we needed.

This is an excellent apartment in a great location. We found all the features to be as described on the website and the website photographs to be a true reflection of the apartment. The only slight disappointment was that the view of the lake from the balcony is somewhat obstructed by the beautiful 100 year old plane trees. The lake is less than a minute from the entrance and the town centre a very easy stroll away. The apartment is very quite with no disturbance from neighbours and the lift very useful especially when moving luggage. The apartment is also very clean and there is a good selection of videos & plenty of games if you have kids. Finally, we found Julia very friendly & efficient to deal with.

We often holiday in France but this was our first time in this area and we had a fabulous week here in August 2016. A really excellent apartment; comfortable, well equipped, secure, very well cared for and superbly located. Beforehand, I was a bit worried about parking near the apartment but actually it wasn’t a problem at all, even in August. It’s a two minute walk across Le Pâquier to the lake for boats, strolling or just watching the world go by. We hired a pedalo a couple of times and went swimming from it in the incredibly clean lake. A ten minute stroll along the lakeside takes you into the old town which is very picturesque and has lots of restaurants and a great atmosphere, particularly in the evening (sometimes there was a superb little folky/country/jazzy band playing on one of the bridges across the canal). A five minute walk in the morning takes you to an excellent boulangerie near the Casino supermarket. Next to the boulangerie is a lovely fruit and veg shop, so between the three of them that was most of our shopping taken care of. The surrounding area is very beautiful and I don’t think you would ever run out of things to do or places to visit. We could have happily stayed a lot longer and were very sad to leave. Julia and Peter were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful with suggestions and tips about the area. They obviously love Annecy and their apartment and I can understand why. We would definitely book again – no question.

We had a fabulous week in the apartment, its location was absolutely ideal. We really enjoyed our walks along the lakeside to the old town. There seems to be so much going on in Annecy and we would recommend the apartment to anyone. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities that you could possibly want. This apartment situated 10 minutes walk from the Old Town is an ideal place from which to reach all of the attractions which Annecy offers, whether it be boat trips on the lake or visits to resorts such as Talloires with its beach or the mountain resorts of La Clusaz and ,Le Grand Bornand.. The apartment is very well equipped and homely which makes it very easy to eat "in". There are several delis which do "plats du jour" and this worked very well for us. The area is quiet at night.

Apartment and facilities were great and every day was a joy. Safe and secure apartment block. Super lounge to relax in and comfortable bed. Excellent shopping in the street markets and nearby Casino supermarket. Easy walking round the lake and along the canals in the old town. Visited La Cluzas and Sevrier using local transport. Cruised on the lake with a stop off at Talloire. When we return to Annecy we would certainly hope stay in this very comfortable apartment again.

The apartment was lovely; modern, comfortable, quality furnishings; beautifully clean with everything we could possibly need; a perfect home from home. Kitchen was excellent; able to eat in and cook every night. Bathroom was very smart. Great location close to Annecy town in a block set back from main road, facing the lakefront. Easy to get public transport from the apartment; buses to villages around the lake ran from the Palais de Justice, which was an easy walk. Lovely ambience.
