Residence Cybele Apartment
The apartment is just a few minutes walk to the centre of town and 600m from the Olympe Gondola - with a ski bus running from the bottom of the drive every 15 minutes in winter direct to the gondola. The gondola takes you to Meribel and the whole of the Three Valleys - the largest ski area in the world. Ski passes bought in Brides are cheaper than those purchased in Meribel itself for the same ski area. Summer cycling, walking, whitewater fun or parapenting are all superb with the Vanoise glaciers on our doorstep.
This light and warm studio apartment, sleeping four is a spacious 28m2. The large living and dining room area has a new comfortable sofa bed converting into a double bed, well equipped kitchen area, a modern bathroom with bath and shower and toilet. Just inside the entrance is a coin montagne with bunk beds providing a separate area to sleep two with a wall and door separating this area from the lounge for extra privacy (door separating the coin montagne is a not normally found in this residence).
It is well equipped with large microwave/oven, new halogen hob with 4 cooking areas, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and plenty of crockery and good quality kitchenware. The sofa bed converts into a proper double bed and not two singles pushed together as you find in the original furnishings for these apartments. Large light doors open onto the balcony with great views across to the mountains. There is a new flat screen TV which can be linked to your laptop if required.
A free private underground parking space is included, with easy access to the lifts direct to our apartment floor. There is also a sauna and games room. The residence includes a self service laundry on site.
Help is available in both English and French, anything from a home-made tartiflette to ski passes with a discount, which are left for you in the apartment, so no waiting in the queues. Shopping and welcome packs also available. You do not have to collect any keys for the apartment from reception, so you can arrive outside reception open hours!
Rates
The rates below are for the apartment rental, per week, and include utilities and the use of the complex facilities. In addition there will be a mandatory final cleaning charge of 75 euros added to each booking, regardless of length of stay.
Linen packs with good quality bedlinens and towels can be provided:-
- Double pack containing bedlinen for a double bed plus two large and two small towels: 30 euros
- Single pack containing bedlinen for a single bed together with one large and one small towel: 18 euros
Discount are offered for 21 night stays for cures: 850 euros for 21 nights July, Aug and Sept + 75 euros cleaning charge - 750 euros at other times of year + 75 euros cleaning charge.
The apartment is available to rent with a flexible changeover day with 4 day minimum stay at most times of the year.
Taxe de sejour will be added to the final payment.
