This is a newly renovated and comfortable duplex apartment providing accommodation for up to six. It is situated right in the heart of Champagny, across from the tourist office and just 50m from the gondola linking to some of the sunniest pistes at La Plagne. Shops, restaurants and bars are all conveniently close.
The entrance opens onto a living area that includes comfortable sofa bed, converting into double bed, and a dining area with table and chairs for all. This level also includes the newly fitted stylish kitchen area. Most furniture in the apartment is new this year with the renovations.
The nicely thought out kitchen area opens onto the living area. The kitchen includes all you need to prepare anything from baguettes to dinners. This includes a microwave/grill, full oven, hob, refrigerator with small freezer section, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, raclette, fondue and all the crockery and kitchenware you could need.
Upstairs it has a large bedroom with a double bed, plus a single bed with a pullout single underneath and a shower room.
The village covered carpark is opposite the residence, beside the telecabine. This is payable in winter with weekly tickets available at 80 euros per week or 16 euros per day. This carpark is free of charge during spring, summer and autumn. Free parking available all year elsewhere in the village.

Prices
The rates below are for the apartment rental, per week, and include utilities and heating but not the final cleaning charge. There is an additional mandatory cleaning charge of 70 euros per booking including tax.
Linen packs with good quality bedlinens and towels can be provided:-
- Double pack containing bedlinen for a double bed plus two large and two small towels: 30 euros
- Single pack containing bedlinen for a single bed together with one large and one small towel: 18 euros
